Knee-length dress with a fitted pencil skirt, top gathered at the waist, round neckline and frills going over the shoulder giving it an illusion of a cap sleeve. The zip fastening is situated at the side. There is a slit at the bottom of the skirt and an opening with a button on the back of the neck.
